RETURNS
If you want to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for a 20% restocking fee (except for certain circumstances). You can return your product for store credit or a different product (minus shipping).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must not be opened and returned in the original packaging.
- Your item costs will be refunded, but the shipping charges will not.
- Buyer has violated the Purchasing Terms and Conditions.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Self-serve: Visit your account at https://account.nutripetpak.com
Manually:
- Please email us at veterinarian@nutripetpak.com with your order ID and the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- We will send you a confirmation email with a prepaid shipping label
- Please send all items back to us using the label provided
Additional Information:
- You can expect a refund in 5-10 business days upon receiving the return items
We cannot accept returns if you have violated Standard Process's Terms of Use or Purchasing Terms and Conditions. However, if it is a first offense, we may allow you to return the products for a 20% restocking fee.
